Arena Battles
The arena pits your team of three against an AI team. Combat runs in real time: your Elemixies attack on their own, and you fire their charged abilities with a tap. Matchups, roles, and timing decide the fight.
Starting a Battle
- Talk to the arena keeper and pick a tier from Select Tier.
- The game shows you the enemy team first. Study their elements.
- Build your team: three Elemixies across three lanes. Each lane card shows how your pick matches up against the opponent in that lane, on a seven-step scale from Super Strong down to Super Weak.
- Press Battle. If your team is badly outmatched the game warns you, but it never stops you.
You take a seat in the bleachers, a countdown runs, and the fight begins.
During the Fight
- Everyone auto-attacks at a pace set by their Speed stat. Faster Elemixies swing more often.
- Abilities charge over time. When one is ready, you tap to fire it. The AI fires its own automatically.
- Each base element has its own ability, and mixed elements carry both parent abilities at a slower charge. The full list is on the elements page.
- Element matchups swing damage by up to half in either direction.
- A fight that runs long is called by total damage. You can surrender at any time, but a surrender pays nothing.
The Six Tiers
Tiers unlock as your collection grows: each needs three Elemixies at or above its level bar. Once a tier unlocks, it stays unlocked, and the bond camp shares the same ladder: unlocking a tier here opens it there too. Any three available Elemixies can enter an unlocked tier, so bringing a low-level friend along to power-level is fair play.
| Tier | Unlock | Opponents | Win: XP each | Win: coins | First clear |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beginner | Open from the start | Common | 2 | 2 | 10 |
| Rookie | 3 Elemixies lvl 5+ | Uncommon | 3 | 3 | 25 |
| Rising Star | 3 Elemixies lvl 15+ | Rare | 5 | 5 | 50 |
| Hot Shot | 3 Elemixies lvl 25+ | Epic | 6 | 6 | 100 |
| Ace | 3 Elemixies lvl 35+ | Legendary | 7 | 7 | 200 |
| Elite | 3 Elemixies lvl 45+ | Mythic | 10 | 10 | 400 |
Win XP goes to each surviving team member, not split between them. The first-clear bounty is a one-time coin bonus for your first win at each tier, and it does not count against the daily coin cap.
A loss still pays 1 XP, and 1 coin if you took out at least half of the enemy team's health. The higher tiers can field mixed-element opponents, so expect double abilities from tier four up.
